unbeliveable but true.

I must be feelling better, then I have for a very long time. I have cleaned the refrigerator and the freezer, removed outdated food from the pantry. I cleaned but medicine cabinets and only have one small basket of clothes to put away (that were washed today). I am now cleaning off the top of the dressers in our room. This entire effort takes a combination of standing, sitting, lying, exersizing and resting ( other wise know as pacing myself).
Dad and I are going to Caryl and Carl's for thanksgiving day and then to Charyn and Mark's on Saterday for my birthday. Ben is going to make me a cake. Caryl and Carl are going with us, which is good because we both have trouble driving at times, so we try not to get to far from home with out the motorhome.
On the way to florida we stopped quite often, for short periods and I had to lay on the couch off and on, but we were not on a time schedule and we could work it out.
Dad still won't let me go very far alone in the car and if I have had a bad night or seem not to be steady enough for him to feel unafraid for me to go alone, he drives. He still is doing the laundry, because stairs are still a little hard for me and wear me out to easy. However he is getting tired very easy also, so I try to go with him when he needs to go by the trucks, unless someone is meeting him.
The trucks are working enough to pay for the loans on the last tracktor and the dump trailer, as well as the insuransce, gas , ect. As soon as we can sell them we should be able to get around to see people,easier because we won't have a schedule to keep.
Could you tell this is one of my rest and sit periods. I start pool therapy for my back on Monday, I had been getting injections of steroids for the past year or so, because the extensive back surgery I had at age forty has siffted and is arthritic. I want to hold off on the injections as long as possible, to make sure my knees get a good chance to heal and get the best results. So we'll see how that works out.

While we were in Florida, I found out that Denise and I had a long conversaton while I was in the Hospital that I do not remember at all !!!!
If I have overlooked thanking anyone for calling or you called (and I sounded short or strange ) let me know because they had me on morphine 24/7 from 9/4 until about 9/12. Which as I write reminds me I missed Cheryl's Birthday again.
